Instructions for the Online Court Booking Service
Please find below the revised instructions, following the revaluation of the regulations regarding the usage of the courts. This is to ensure the implementation of the regulations and the smooth running of this court reservation service!
Reservations can be made either through the Online Court Booking service or by contacting us at 99663970 on weekdays from 09:00 – 13:00 and 16:00 – 20:00.
Access to the Online Court Booking service is provided to members holding NSA membership packages for season 2019-2020 and to prepaid court card's holders, with different reservation privileges. Members can reserve courts up to 72 hours prior to the game whereas prepaid court cards holders may book a court only 24 hours before. In the case of guests, court charges apply.
When reserving a court please state, the purpose of the reservation (eg, friendly game, league match etc) in the “Title" field and the name of your partner in the "Notes" field for statistical purposes.
During peak season (September-June), the maximum weekly use of the squash courts by ALL users is set to two (2) hours during peak hours (Peak hours are considered to be the hours from 17:00 – 21:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 – 13:00 on Saturdays) and the maximum daily use is set to one (1) hour, whereas from 09:00-17:00 on weekdays, members can reserve a court, with the limitation of 1 hour per day.
This applies to all court users (registered / non-registered members). Matches for tournament or League purposes are not considered as court reservations and do not count!
The administrator may cancel reservations when the above rules are not followed. We would like to stress that this is to ensure the implementation of the regulations and the smooth operation of the offered service!
