Disclaimer

 

According to the latest Cyprus Squash Association’s regulation, in respect to Health Certificates (HC), a valid HC will be required only for participation to CSRA’s official event.

 

Therefore, a HC is only required for participation to the “NSA Squash Open” and “NSA Squash Junior Open”, whereas for the remaining tournaments organized by NSA, a disclaimer will be accepted instead. By signing this disclaimer, the player or guardian in the case of minors, will be relieving the organizers and sponsors from any responsibility for accidents and injuries that might occur during the event.

 

Please note that, the NSA Committee encourages all it’s members to hold a valid Health Certificate while they are participating in any NSA, LSA and CSRA event, according to Cyprus Sports Organization’s instructions and regulations.
